Wushu basic skill

Wushu is about from the practice, to lay a good foundation, practice basic skills. 
Martial arts is practicing martial arts must have the ability of physical activities, technical skills and psychological quality foundation. The basic training methods and means, have a series of special and comprehensive exercises the body, function parts, the methods and means, the martial arts movement the special requirements, has the movement characteristics of both inside and outside of the distinctive. Basic skills include legs, waist, shoulder function and main content of  stake work . Leg power performance is the leg flexibility, flexibility and strength, Kung Fu; lumbar work performance is the waist flexibility, coordination control motor ability and technique of Kung Fu; shoulder function is the performance of shoulder joint flexibility, home range size and strength and other aspects of the effort; stake work  performance is the leg strength and respiratory rates of Kung fu.
