(11) jumps
跳跃动作是武术技术中较复杂的动作。在武术套路中,要求跳跃动作矫健、敏捷,身轻如燕,腾空如飞,下落轻灵稳健。在技击时,跳跃起来可以更好地施展腿法和手法,进行攻击和防守。

旋风脚的动作方法是:左脚向左侧上步,两臂上举,右脚在左脚前上步,同时左转180度,重心移至右脚。双臂从上向下向左向上轮摆,同时右脚蹬地,左腿屈膝上提向左后旋转180度。右脚蹬离地面后迅速向左里合腿,在面前用左后击拍右脚掌,继续转体90度,然后落地。
